During my stay, Peter was continually asking me if I or my family needed anything, offering internet access, dinner reservations, and transportation. The staff in the restaurants were kind and helpful, and the hotel was very clean with housekeeping maintaining perfect cleanliness. However, the rooms lacked simple things that are standard in most hotels, such as a sofa or side tables, which was a bit disappointing despite it being a 5-star hotel.
